Senior Product Manager, Core Platform - 100% Remote - EMEA

Role overview Own the strategy and delivery of a core software product used by professional property managers to manage rates, availability, and listing information across sales channels. You’ll simplify connected workflows that affect bookings and revenue, partnering with engineering, design, data, and integration teams. The role also involves using AI tools to take ideas from discovery through prototype to launch alongside engineers.

Responsibilities - Set the product vision, roadmap, and execution priorities for pricing, availability, and listing workflows. - Improve the shared experience so property managers can confidently manage rates, dates, stay rules, and listing details. - Work across engineering, design, data, and channel integration teams to deliver product changes. - Use continuous discovery to identify user needs and guide product decisions. - Build and test prototypes with AI tools, then work with engineers to ship validated ideas. - Make trade-offs and address persistent problems in workflows customers rely on daily.

Requirements - At least five years of product management experience in B2B software. - Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows. - Ability to make complex systems easier to understand, including products that connect to platforms with different behaviors. - Daily use of AI tools to move from ideas to clickable or working prototypes. - Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and integrations. - Strong discovery habits, judgment, resilience, and attention to detail.

Nice to have - Experience in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, marketplaces, pricing, rates, distribution, or inventory management.
