About this role

Role overview Lead the roadmap for AI-powered experiences that shape how patients receive guidance, education, adherence support, and ongoing health engagement. The role bridges consumer product, clinical workflows, and provider tools, applying modern AI capabilities to trustworthy, high-impact experiences at scale.

Responsibilities - Drive AI projects across key patient and messaging journeys, from zero-to-one concepts through global rollout - Frame problem statements, success metrics, and guardrails balancing user value, clinical safety, and business impact such as engagement, adherence, LTV, and provider throughput - Align AI surfaces coherently across patient interfaces, provider tools, and internal workflows - Partner with engineering, data, and applied AI teams to convert model capabilities (LLMs, agents, retrieval, personalization) into polished user experiences - Design AI systems with safety and trust as first-class requirements, partnering with care operations, clinical, and legal stakeholders on escalation rules and safeguards - Run continuous experimentation through A/B tests, cohort analysis, and qualitative research to refine experiences against real-world outcomes - Establish evaluation standards for grounding, hallucination reduction, and overall AI quality

Requirements - Three or more years of consumer product management experience, including substantive work on applied AI/ML or data-intensive products - Track record of shipping high-quality consumer experiences that move engagement, retention, and business metrics - Working familiarity with LLM-based systems, including prompting, evaluation, retrieval, tools/agents, and feedback loops - Strong product intuition for guided consumer experiences such as assistants, onboarding flows, or habit-forming products - Experience defining and iterating on user-level, system-level, and safety or quality metrics - Background in A/B testing, causal inference, or experimentation platforms

Nice to have - Experience operating in regulated or healthcare-adjacent consumer environments

Benefits and work setup - Competitive salary plus equity compensation for full-time roles - Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage plus parental leave - 401(k) with employer match and an Employee Stock Purchase Program - Offsite team retreats and flexible remote-first ways of working
