Role overview Drive the development of a cybersecurity platform designed to defend generative AI and agentic systems against adversarial attacks. This is a Technical Product Manager role at the intersection of machine learning and security, partnering with data scientists, threat researchers, and engineers in a fast-moving emerging market. The position is fully remote within the United States.
Responsibilities - Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical insights, and emerging threat intelligence. - Partner with engineering, data science, and threat research teams to define requirements and ship high-quality capabilities and user experiences. - Track the adversarial AI threat landscape, including frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS, and translate findings into detection requirements. - Conduct market and competitive research to surface trends, opportunities, and risks across the machine learning and cybersecurity markets. - Engage directly with customers to capture feedback, pain points, and feature requests, and drive resulting product improvements. - Coordinate go-to-market launches with marketing, sales, and support to drive adoption and customer success.
Requirements - Strong working knowledge of AI techniques, algorithms, frameworks, and AI operations tooling, paired with solid cybersecurity fundamentals. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical field. - Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, threat research, marketing, sales, and support. - Proficiency with Agile product development methodologies and modern project management tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. - A flexible, collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong relationship-building instincts.
Nice to have - Prior experience developing or launching successful machine learning and/or cybersecurity products. - Backgrounds such as data scientist, AI engineer, or developer making a pivot into product management are welcomed.
