AI Solutions Architect- Pre-sales (UK)

Role overview

Help prospective customers assess and adopt AI security solutions by connecting their technical needs with practical solution designs. Working alongside sales, you will lead technical conversations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept work, while bringing field feedback to product, engineering, and research teams. The role is based in the UK and includes travel to customer sites or industry events as needed.

Responsibilities - Work with sales colleagues to understand prospects’ security problems, goals, and infrastructure. - Demonstrate product capabilities and explain technical value to both specialist and non-specialist audiences. - Design security solutions suited to customer environments and requirements. - Plan and lead proof-of-concept engagements to test solution fit and effectiveness. - Help customers with technical questions, troubleshooting, integration, and deployment, including after the sale. - Deliver training for customers and internal teams, and share market and customer feedback with product and engineering partners.

Requirements - Experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture. - Practical Linux skills, including familiarity with GNU tools and Bash. - Moderate to advanced cloud experience, including hands-on infrastructure-as-code work. - Python programming experience. - Experience building advanced AI workflows and working with MLOps tools or environments. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience with product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements. - Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have - Experience with container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, or integrating solutions into CI/CD pipelines. - Ongoing interest in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
