AI Solutions Architect- Post-Sales

Role overview Partner with enterprise customers as a post-sales Solutions Architect in the AI security space, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realization of protective technology for AI systems. This remote US-based role, with a preference for West Coast candidates, focuses on integrating solutions into diverse customer environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities - Lead secure deployments and onboarding of AI security solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments - Advise customers on infrastructure, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud networking, and best practices for secure AI operations - Own the post-sale technical relationship, helping customers scale their deployments and reach security objectives - Troubleshoot issues, tune configurations, and proactively surface optimization opportunities - Run hands-on workshops, training sessions, and documentation efforts to build customer self-sufficiency - Channel customer feedback into product, engineering, and research teams to influence the product roadmap

Requirements - Background in post-sales engineering, customer success, or solutions engineering, ideally with AI, security, or cloud products - Strong Docker experience with containerized workloads; Kubernetes familiarity is highly desirable - Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking concepts and Infrastructure as Code - Proficiency in Python - Strong troubleshooting instincts and a consultative approach to iterative solution design - Clear communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and business audiences

Nice to have - Exposure to AI/ML workflows and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or MLOps platforms
