Role overview A full-stack engineering role focused on growth and monetization for a collaborative analytics platform. You'll partner with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to turn product-led growth signal into lasting engagement and revenue. The position suits an engineer who treats code as a business lever, with strong product intuition and a passion for experimentation.
Responsibilities - Build full-stack growth features in React, TypeScript, and Python, including onboarding flows, activation nudges, and billing experiences. - Design, run, and iterate on A/B tests across the funnel, balancing rigorous experimentation with product sense and customer input. - Take shared ownership of business outcomes such as trial-to-paid conversion, activation rates, expansion revenue, and product-led pipeline. - Work closely with cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities and align on priorities, contributing to strategy discussions. - Instrument the product thoroughly, define success metrics, and use data to inform every decision.
Requirements - Significant experience as a full-stack software engineer working across front-end and back-end systems. - Comfort with React, TypeScript, Python, and adjacent technologies used to ship user-facing product. - Strong product sense and a bias toward thinking about conversion, user experience, and business tradeoffs. - Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing counterparts. - Data-driven mindset with experience instrumenting product analytics and defining success metrics.
