Senior Content Engineer

Role overview

Build the technical content that helps developers understand and integrate with a healthcare software platform. You will shape documentation, integration guidance, architecture references, and code examples, translating platform capabilities and engineering details into practical resources for builders.

Responsibilities - Create and maintain API and platform documentation, integration guides, and architecture references. - Develop useful code samples and other technical materials that help developers get started and build reliably. - Explain engineering concepts such as authentication, rate limits, query depth, and schema design in clear, actionable language. - Work with engineers and other partners to make the platform’s capabilities and constraints understandable to external developers. - Apply production-quality standards to technical content, keeping it accurate, credible, and useful.

Requirements - Experience shipping documentation for an API, SDK, or developer platform. - Background in technical writing, developer relations, content engineering, or a role combining engineering and external-facing content. - Ability to discuss technical topics substantively with engineers and turn those discussions into practical developer guidance. - Interest in healthcare and motivation to work with the compliance requirements and clinical workflows of software used in patient care. - U.S. work authorization.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote position. - Base salary range of $130,000–$160,000.
