Role overview
A senior, forward-deployed solutions engineering role that embeds with design partner customers for two-week engagements at a time. The work centers on integrating an emerging protocol into customer environments built around modern agent topologies, surfacing integration weaknesses, and feeding those insights back to the engineering team. The role is remote but travel-comfortable, blending hands-on coding, customer-facing communication, and operational documentation.
Responsibilities
- Embed onsite with design partners for two-week deployment engagements - Integrate the protocol alongside MCP, A2A, LangGraph, and OpenAI Agents topologies - Identify what is fragile or broken in customer integrations and report findings to engineering - Write integration patches and post-deployment runbooks - Present technical findings to senior security stakeholders such as CISOs
Requirements
- Background as a former platform engineer or security engineer - Ability to read and write production-quality integration code - Comfort presenting to senior technical and security audiences - Fluency in at least one SDK-supported programming language - Willingness to travel for two-week onsite engagements
Nice to have
- Prior experience with agent orchestration frameworks or protocol-level integrations - Experience producing customer-facing operational documentation
