Job details
About this role
Role overview Lead product development for a new occupational health offering, taking it from early validation through a first product, initial paying customers, and growth. The work is a 0 to 1 build in Brazil’s regulated occupational health market, where employers manage medical exams, reporting, and workforce health requirements. You will turn commercial hypotheses and direct customer insight into a product and operating model, with AI built into workflows from the outset.
Responsibilities - Own product direction, roadmap, requirements, and sequencing with a focus on validating the opportunity and reaching paying customers. - Rework legacy processes such as exam scheduling, medical records, and compliance reporting around the needs of workers and employers. - Partner with engineering to apply AI to scheduling, triage, reporting, and operational work. - Work with legal, compliance, and occupational health specialists to address applicable rules, including NR-01, eSocial, and psychosocial risk requirements. - Set goals and success measures, report progress candidly, and adjust plans as evidence emerges. - Speak directly with HR and occupational health buyers, clinics, and brokers; lead delivery with design and engineering partners in a small team.
Requirements - At least six years of product management experience; the listing’s requirements section is truncated, so further qualifications are not available. - Ability to lead product work from uncertain early hypotheses through validation and launch. - Strong customer discovery skills and comfort working directly with business buyers and domain experts. - Good judgment in regulated environments, with the ability to balance compliance, usability, and speed. - Experience setting product goals, prioritizing work, and coordinating design and engineering delivery.
Benefits and work setup - Remote work from within Brazil, with flexible work arrangements and schedules. - Health, dental, and life insurance; wellbeing resources and a wellness membership; and home office reimbursement. - Paid time off, paid parental leave, and professional development support.
