Go-To-Market Engineer
Job details
About this role
Role overview Own a regional go-to-market engineering workstream that helps commercial teams identify promising accounts and deliver qualified opportunities with less manual effort. The role combines sales strategy, workflow engineering, data enrichment, and performance analysis, partnering closely with sales development, sales, revenue operations, and marketing stakeholders. It is remote within Brazil and requires candidates to be based there.
Responsibilities - Work with sales leaders to define account segments and timely buying signals, such as role changes, company growth, or prior CRM engagement. - Build end-to-end outbound workflows that connect account research and enrichment, CRM updates, tailored messaging, and sales cadences. - Monitor lead delivery, meeting conversion, and opportunity value; use results to refine successful campaigns and stop ineffective ones. - Coordinate automated outreach with regional sales development and sales teams so that new opportunities fit their capacity and processes. - Identify technical, data-quality, or operational risks early and resolve or escalate them before they disrupt sales execution. - Document effective approaches and share them with colleagues working across other markets.
Requirements - Track record building automations, workflows, or data-enrichment pipelines for sales or marketing operations. - Practical ability to build, test, and troubleshoot workflows independently; a formal software engineering background is not required. - Familiarity with Clay or the ability to learn it quickly, plus experience with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, n8n, Zapier, Python, or SQL. - Advanced or fluent professional English for collaboration with international teams. - Ability to own projects from stakeholder alignment through delivery and reporting, working autonomously and surfacing issues proactively. - Focus on pipeline, revenue impact, and deal conversion when evaluating performance.
Benefits and work setup Remote work is available within Brazil, with flexible scheduling and a home-office reimbursement. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance; wellness and emotional-support programs; paid parental leave; and paid time off that increases with tenure, plus a birthday day off. The role also offers access to learning and career-development resources.
