Practice Director- Post Quantum Cryptography- Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

Role overview This remote leadership role owns the launch and growth of a new Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) advisory practice within a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) division. The Practice Director will guide enterprise clients through cryptographic inventories, migration roadmaps, and quantum-risk strategies while building a high-performing consulting team from the ground up.

Responsibilities - Define service offerings, delivery methodologies, and go-to-market strategy for the PQC practice - Manage practice P&L, hitting targets for revenue, utilization, and margin - Recruit, mentor, and develop PQC consultants and cryptographic engineers - Partner with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and security architects on cryptographic posture and quantum-readiness planning - Oversee delivery of PQC readiness assessments, migration roadmaps, and crypto-agility advisory engagements - Drive thought leadership through conference speaking, whitepapers, podcasts, and executive relationship development

Requirements - Deep expertise in applied cryptography and public key infrastructure - Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience - Familiarity with evolving NIST standards and federal mandates related to post-quantum security - Experience leading teams by influence across geographically distributed environments - Working knowledge of FIPS 140-3 validation processes and cryptographic module testing

Nice to have - Background in quantum computing concepts, quantum key distribution, or quantum-safe network architectures - Hands-on familiarity with cryptographic inventory or crypto-agility platforms such as Venafi, Keyfactor, or InfoSec Global
