ERP Transformation Manager (D365 F&O)

Role overview A remote, high-trust role leading the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at a fast-growing consumer brand. The position owns the business side of the ERP transformation, from end-to-end process design through implementation, testing, and rollout, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Data, and external implementation partners. The team comes together in person twice a year for off-sites, with the rest of the work happening remotely.

Responsibilities - Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and phase-two rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, aligned to business goals and industry best practices. - Document end-to-end processes spanning procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, month-end close, and record-to-report, identifying where to standardize and where customization is genuinely needed. - Design the overall solution architecture, including system integrations, data management, and application security. - Drive business validation and user acceptance testing, building cross-functional test scenarios and engaging subject matter experts before sign-off. - Build and maintain the implementation plan, tracking milestones, surfacing risks early, and keeping cross-functional teams unblocked. - Evaluate built-in and external AI capabilities to streamline documentation, testing, and analysis. - Drive change management through training, documentation, and proactive identification of workarounds before they become entrenched habits.

Requirements - Seven or more years in finance, accounting, or operations with deep familiarity across business and financial processes. - Three or more years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or an equivalent ERP suite. - Strong functional and technical command of D365 F&O, with the ability to design solutions spanning multiple business functions. - Experience across assessment, analysis, business case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization. - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, operations, or a closely related field. - Comfort moving between executive-level architecture conversations and hands-on delivery work.

Nice to have - Background in CPG, DTC, retail, supplements, or food and beverage operations. - Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications.
