About this role
Role overview Support the accurate and timely operation of esports tournaments by helping organizers, partners, and customers resolve service and data issues. The role covers preparation, live event monitoring, and follow-up, including checking that official game data is captured and delivered as expected. It is part of a distributed support team and may involve shift and weekend work.
Responsibilities - Work with tournament organizers to configure event content for data collection and distribution. - Monitor live data feeds for accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted delivery. - Investigate discrepancies, delays, and feed problems, resolving them where possible and escalating technical issues when needed. - Respond to customer questions through written and chat-based support channels, keeping communication timely and professional. - Record and track data quality issues, operational defects, and customer feedback. - Maintain shared support documentation and build knowledge of game titles, tournament formats, and support products.
Requirements - A customer-first approach and previous experience in a customer-facing support role. - Interest in competitive video games and familiarity with esports tournament structures, formats, and rules. - Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are useful. - Comfort using collaboration and messaging tools such as Slack, Discord, Teams, or similar platforms. - Availability to work shifts and weekends when required.
Nice to have - Basic computer science knowledge. - Familiarity with games such as Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Dota 2, or PUBG.
