About this role
Role overview A full-stack engineering role on a small team building an AI product that turns plain-language prompts into working AI agents in roughly a minute. The role spans frontend, backend, data modeling, and cloud operations, with direct collaboration alongside founders, designers, and product to ship features end to end.
Responsibilities - Build scalable, responsive user interfaces in React.js and TypeScript. - Design and ship RESTful APIs in Node.js and/or Python. - Model and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and overall database performance. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain services on AWS to keep them reliable in production. - Own features end to end, including architecture, code reviews, and debugging. - Work directly with the founder, designers, and product team to move quickly from idea to launch.
Requirements - 1–3 years of experience building scalable full-stack web applications (a degree is optional; shipped work matters more). - Strong frontend skills in React.js with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, and component architecture and state management using Redux or Context. - Backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), with solid REST API design and auth/security practices. - Strong PostgreSQL skills, including complex queries, indexing, schema design, and ORMs such as Prisma, Sequelize, or SQLAlchemy. - Hands-on AWS experience with services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, including deployments, configuration, and monitoring.
Nice to have - Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience. - Familiarity with JWT/OAuth, microservices, GraphQL, testing with Jest or PyTest, and clean Git workflows.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first team based in India, hiring selectively for people who can take ideas from zero to shipped with minimal management. - Equity participation and a direct line to the founder and other team members. - Freedom to work from anywhere, with the expectation of high ownership and self-driven execution.
