Job details
About this role
Role overview Set product direction for deployment options serving organizations that cannot use standard multi-tenant SaaS because of regulatory, data-handling, or cost constraints. The portfolio includes a regulated cloud offering for public-sector and other compliance-sensitive customers, plus a bring-your-own-cloud model in which customers run the service on their own cloud infrastructure. This staff-level role connects product, engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers to decide how the product should adapt across these environments.
Responsibilities - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for regulated and customer-cloud deployment offerings, balancing customer value, market evidence, engineering effort, and technical constraints. - Decide which capabilities should be shared with the standard service, adapted, delayed, or developed specifically for these deployment models. - Shape product positioning and differentiation, and work with product marketing on launches, competitive analysis, sales enablement, and demand programs. - Partner with engineering and program teams to coordinate delivery across deployment environments. - Research customer needs and product signals, using AI tools to accelerate analysis while applying sound judgment to the results. - Represent the product clearly to customers and internal stakeholders, and help assess future deployment models.
Requirements - Product management experience setting strategy and owning roadmaps for technical products. - Ability to work across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer teams, communicating product needs and tradeoffs clearly. - Technical fluency sufficient to represent product functionality to customers and assess deployment constraints. - Strong written and verbal communication, including proactive collaboration with globally distributed teams. - Sound judgment in using product data, market research, and AI-assisted analysis to guide decisions.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote role, open to candidates based in the United States Eastern time zone. - Equity through restricted stock units and a global annual leave policy of 30 days, including three designated company shutdown days, subject to local law. - In-person onboarding.
