Digital PMO Lead

Role overview Lead governance and delivery oversight for a global digital transformation program in an electrification service organization. You’ll coordinate strategic initiatives across digital product, engineering, regional, and business teams, improving visibility, decision-making, and adoption of digital solutions.

Responsibilities - Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic digital programs. - Track objectives and key results, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance, and report insights to senior leaders. - Establish governance frameworks, decision processes, and escalation paths for cross-functional work. - Lead change management and continuous improvement efforts that support adoption of digital tools and ways of working. - Align global and regional stakeholders on program status, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements - 10+ years in program or project management, or PMO leadership, focused on digital transformation, software delivery, or digital product development. - Experience managing concurrent programs, cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and dependencies in a complex global organization. - Advanced knowledge of governance, portfolio management, and reporting practices. - Familiarity with project and portfolio tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Aha, Rally, or Planview. - Degree in business, engineering, IT, project management, or a related discipline, with relevant delivery experience. - Clear English communication and confidence presenting to senior leaders and global stakeholders.

Nice to have - PMP certification is strongly preferred; PgMP is also advantageous. - Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or field service settings, and familiarity with Agile, OKRs, or Stage-Gate methods.
