About this role
Role overview Set the product direction for enterprise observability offerings designed for organizations that cannot use standard multi-tenant SaaS because of regulatory, data-control, or cost constraints. The role spans regulated cloud environments and customer-owned infrastructure, adapting a shared cloud platform to different deployment needs and helping determine which deployment models to pursue next.
Responsibilities - Define strategy and roadmap for regulated cloud and bring-your-own-cloud offerings, balancing customer value with engineering effort and technical limits. - Decide which capabilities should be supported in each deployment environment, which should wait, and where dedicated features are needed. - Shape product positioning and differentiation, and work with marketing on launches, competitive analysis, and customer-facing enablement. - Coordinate with engineering, program management, and go-to-market partners to move product work from planning to delivery. - Use customer and product signals, market research, and AI tools to inform decisions and messaging. - Communicate product needs and technical details to customers and internal teams across a distributed organization.
Requirements - Product management experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a technical product area. - Ability to weigh customer needs against engineering cost, constraints, and market opportunity. - Technical fluency to represent complex products and deployment trade-offs to customers and colleagues. - Strong written and verbal communication, including proactive collaboration across remote teams. - Experience connecting product development with marketing and other go-to-market functions.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote role open to candidates based in Spain. - The listing describes a global, distributed work environment with autonomy and transparent communication. - Annual leave is described as 30 days, including three company shutdown days, subject to local law; in-person onboarding is also mentioned.
