About this role
Role overview Lead product strategy for enterprise observability offerings built for organizations that cannot use standard multi-tenant SaaS because of compliance, data-control, or cost constraints. The portfolio includes a regulated cloud environment and a bring-your-own-cloud model, requiring thoughtful adaptation of shared platform capabilities to different operating conditions and customer needs.
Responsibilities - Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulated cloud and bring-your-own-cloud products, balancing customer value with engineering effort and technical constraints. - Determine which standard platform features can be supported in each deployment model, what should be deferred, and where dedicated capabilities are needed. - Own product positioning and differentiation, partnering with marketing on launches, competitive analysis, and enablement. - Work with engineering, program management, and go-to-market teams to coordinate product decisions and delivery. - Use market research, product signals, and AI tools to support discovery, analysis, and positioning. - Explain product functionality and deployment trade-offs clearly to customers and distributed internal teams.
Requirements - Product management experience owning strategy and roadmaps for a technical product area. - Judgment to balance market opportunity and customer priorities against technical feasibility and delivery cost. - Technical proficiency to discuss product functionality and deployment choices with customers and internal stakeholders. - Clear, proactive communication and collaboration across remote, globally distributed teams. - Ability to connect product development with marketing and go-to-market work.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote role open to candidates in Ireland. - The listing describes a global team, autonomy, and transparent communication. - Annual leave is described as 30 days, including three company shutdown days, subject to local law; in-person onboarding is also mentioned.
