About this role
Role overview
Build full-stack analytics experiences that help people and AI agents find useful signals in large, varied datasets. The work spans product development and rapid experimentation: you’ll shape AI-powered features, test ideas with users, and take promising solutions through to production, with responsibility for their usability and long-term operation.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-performance user-facing features for discovering, organizing, and working with large datasets. - Prototype ideas, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly, including on LLM- or agent-powered workflows for data engineering. - Develop AI-assisted information retrieval and analytics capabilities that make complex data easier to use. - Work with teammates and internal data groups to shape features, test them in real workflows, and connect agent components with tools such as chat and alerting systems. - Own solutions through delivery, making sure they are scalable, maintainable, and useful in practice. - Use AI and automation tools in product development and communicate decisions and progress across a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience building production-quality, user-facing systems, including full-stack work. - A product mindset: ability to understand user problems and make sound decisions about useful, polished experiences. - Practical familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs, context engineering, and generative AI applications. - Ability to prototype, release, learn from feedback, and improve features at a fast pace. - Initiative and comfort defining scope, handling ambiguity, and carrying projects forward with limited supervision. - Effective collaboration and communication, openness to feedback, and experience delivering software that users adopt.
