Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning) - Studio

Role overview Build a new workflow that lets creators turn one finished video project into localized versions for multiple languages and aspect ratios, with translated captions. You’ll help define the product and data model from the ground up, then take the work from proposal through launch.

Responsibilities - Design and deliver the workflow for distributing finished projects across languages and formats. - Develop the backend systems and data structures needed to reuse projects and coordinate dubbing and captions. - Write proposals to clarify requirements and guide technical decisions with the team. - Own delivery from early design through production launch. - Use product judgment to identify which capabilities will best serve creators.

Requirements - Experience designing and shipping complex, data-heavy backend systems end to end. - Familiarity with enterprise needs such as account management and usage reporting. - Evidence of product ownership, through product-facing work, open source, or side projects. - Ability to take a project from inception to launch with limited guidance.

Nice to have - Experience with media or video-processing pipelines.
