Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Grafana Analytics| NASA | (Remote, Canada)

Role overview Develop full-stack analytics experiences that help people and AI agents make sense of large, messy datasets. You will join a small, autonomous team building AI-assisted capabilities for use cases such as product and sales analytics, with responsibility spanning rapid prototyping, production delivery, and ongoing improvement. The role suits an engineer who pairs strong implementation skills with curiosity about user problems and a willingness to shape work in an evolving product area.

Responsibilities - Build high-performance user-facing features for discovering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets. - Prototype ideas, validate them with users, and iterate quickly based on feedback. - Ship and refine LLM- or agent-powered workflows that support data engineering and information retrieval. - Collaborate on AI features and integrations with internal tools, alerting systems, and data teams. - Own solutions through delivery and ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and useful in real workflows. - Use AI and automation tools to improve both product capabilities and development workflows.

Requirements - Strong experience building production-grade, user-facing software. - Practical familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks, including LLMs, context engineering, or generative AI applications. - Ability to make sound UI decisions and solve complex engineering problems with limited supervision. - Comfort releasing prototypes, gathering feedback, and iterating pragmatically. - Initiative to take ownership, define scope amid ambiguity, and drive work forward. - Clear, collaborative communication and openness to feedback.
