Product Manager, AI Transformation & Salesforce

Role overview

This position bridges applied AI and a major enterprise platform, owning the product roadmap for two engineering teams that focus respectively on AI transformation and on the core sales/operations system. The product manager will shape long-term strategy while staying close to day-to-day execution, introducing generative and agentic AI capabilities that improve experiences for both employees and customers. It is a hybrid role combining AI product leadership with platform stewardship in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap spanning AI transformation initiatives and core platform enhancements - Partner with stakeholders across business units to identify, prioritize, and ship AI-powered products - Drive adoption of generative and agentic AI solutions that automate workflows and surface insights - Ensure the underlying business platform evolves in step with shifting operational needs and release cycles - Balance long-term product strategy with day-to-day execution across two engineering teams - Translate complex trade-offs and technical decisions for audiences ranging from engineers to executives

Requirements

- Proven experience managing AI/ML-based products with measurable business outcomes - Hands-on track record implementing large language model and agentic workflow technologies - Working familiarity with a major CRM platform, including Sales/Service Cloud and basic admin concepts - Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments - Strong data-driven decision-making and iterative product improvement skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Background scaling new products from zero and operating comfortably in ambiguity - Experience tailoring messaging style to engineers, executives, and end users alike
