Software Development Engineer - AI Services

Role overview Join a customer-insights engineering team building AI-powered products that transform user data into actionable experiences for millions of customers. The role spans the full AI stack — from agent design and API development to user-facing experiences — with a focus on large language models, intelligent applications, and integrations that improve customer-facing products.

Responsibilities - Build and deploy AI agents and intelligent applications that address real customer and business challenges - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering AI-driven experiences - Develop full-stack solutions across both user-facing interfaces and backend systems - Integrate large language models, AI services, data platforms, and external APIs into end-to-end solutions - Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional collaborators to ship high-impact features - Explore emerging technologies and contribute ideas that advance AI capabilities and customer experience

Requirements - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages - Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services - Hands-on experience building or supporting AI, machine learning, or LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI integrations - Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS (S3, IAM, Airflow, and related compute, storage, networking, and security services) - Strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, testing, debugging, version control, CI/CD, and full-stack development

Nice to have - Experience with databases, data pipelines, and distributed systems - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
