Role overview A Fullstack AI Engineer is being hired to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications powered by Generative AI. The role spans both client and server layers, from intuitive frontends built with modern frameworks to backend services, LLM integrations, AI data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. It suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who has shipped products from early concept through scale and enjoys working closely with product, design, and data science partners.
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and Generative AI workflows - Contribute to architectural decisions that keep user interfaces responsive, intuitive, and grounded in user-centered design principles - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate user needs into impactful features - Manage cloud deployment processes, optimize model and application performance, and integrate LLM APIs with backend services - Build and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, or Go, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or similar platforms - Operate CI/CD pipelines, monitor production behavior, and resolve complex full-stack issues
Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Strong fullstack web development skills with frameworks such as React, Next.js, or TypeScript - Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock), and vector databases into web applications - Solid grasp of web UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approach - Backend competence in Python, Node.js, or Go, including RESTful APIs and scalable services - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering patterns - Track record of shipping and operating scalable, production-grade applications - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, with attention to architecture, serverless patterns, and backend infrastructure - Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset - Ability to balance speed and quality while owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have - UX design experience contributing to intuitive interfaces for AI products - Knowledge of natural language processing applied to legal or business domains
