Resident Solutions Architect

Role overview

The Resident Solutions Architect acts as the strategic technical advisor for a small portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic accounts, shaping long-term architecture, integration, governance, and production-readiness decisions. This is not a reactive support or general project coordination position; instead, the role serves as the named technical owner who aligns technical direction with measurable customer outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary strategic technical point of contact for assigned accounts, partnering closely with customer executives and technical stakeholders. - Own the technical account strategy, including quarterly roadmap reviews, technical operating reviews, and executive alignment sessions. - Develop and maintain multi-quarter technical roadmaps tied to customer business objectives, implementation milestones, and measurable success criteria. - Lead architecture review workshops, capturing trade-offs, supported patterns, and clear ownership of recommendations. - Guide customers through design and implementation decisions across connectors, APIs, SDKs, custom UI embeds, and agent-driven workflows. - Productionize advanced customer workflows by defining evaluation, governance, observability, guardrails, and production-readiness requirements before broad rollout. - Design or lead the delivery of strategic technical builds such as custom skills, actions, MCP servers, custom connectors, and embedded experiences. - Partner with execution-layer architects when scoped implementation work should be delegated, while remaining accountable for overall technical direction. - Provide technical enablement to customer admins, developers, and technical stakeholders so they can operate, extend, and support deployed capabilities independently.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field plus 9+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. - Proven experience serving as a strategic technical advisor or lead architect for large enterprise customers in complex SaaS, AI, or data platform environments. - Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, including connectors, APIs, SDKs, and embedded experiences. - Strong background in production-readiness practices such as evaluations, observability, guardrails, and governance. - Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops, communicate trade-offs to executive stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple teams. - Remote work eligibility with residence in the US East, Central, or West timezone.
