Role overview A senior customer-facing technical role focused on helping enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific Japan region realize measurable value from a DevSecOps orchestration platform. The position blends hands-on solution guidance, adoption enablement, and renewal/expansion support, partnering closely with account executives and renewals managers in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities - Provide on-demand technical consultancy and solution guidance over video and written channels, helping customers design and implement end-to-end DevSecOps workflows. - Drive product adoption and measurable customer value across APJ accounts to support renewals and expansion. - Deliver technical and architectural guidance spanning source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning to unblock implementations and improve adoption. - Plan and lead workshops, demos, and enablement sessions that help customer teams adopt the platform with confidence. - Maintain and grow specialty competency in platform capabilities and DevSecOps tooling, and contribute to scalable enablement through documentation, tutorials, and mentoring. - Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, prioritizing effectively and communicating status, risks, and next steps clearly.
Requirements - Experience providing technical consultancy and solution guidance via video calls and written channels, helping users or customers adopt technical solutions successfully. - Familiarity with DevSecOps workflows and practices across source code management, CI/CD, security, and Agile planning, with the ability to grow depth and breadth over time. - Strong written communication skills suited to remote, asynchronous collaboration, plus clear verbal communication for live customer interactions. - Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, prioritizing effectively and surfacing status, risks, and next steps. - Interest in supporting customers across diverse cultures, working styles, and technical maturity levels throughout APJ. - Must be based in Japan with full working rights and fluent in both Japanese and English.
