Engineering Manager, Trusted Agentic Development

Role overview An Engineering Manager role leading a team focused on trust, safety, and security within an agentic software development product. The position centers on ensuring AI-driven development tools behave reliably, resist misuse, and meet enterprise security expectations. The position is remote within Poland.

Responsibilities - Manage engineers building trust, safety, and security features for an AI development platform - Define technical strategy for areas such as policy enforcement, sandboxing, and auditability - Work with product, legal, and research teams to operationalize responsible AI practices - Establish engineering standards for threat modeling, secure design, and incident handling - Hire and develop engineers across the team and across experience levels

Requirements - Engineering management experience leading teams working on platform or security-related software - Background in one or more of: application security, sandboxing, policy enforcement, or trust and safety - Familiarity with AI agents, code generation systems, or developer tooling - Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners - Ability to operate effectively within a remote engineering organization
