Role overview A remote HRIS Analyst position focused on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Human Resources technology platforms within a national organization. The role centers on a leading applicant tracking and talent management system, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, business systems, vendors, and operational stakeholders to translate people-process needs into well-configured technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and talent management applications, with primary ownership of the Greenhouse platform and its security, user access, and release management. - Support and troubleshoot integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications, developing test plans, scenarios, and test cases for changes, integrations, and enhancements. - Partner with HR, IT, Business Systems, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technology recommendations. - Manage vendor relationships, coordinating issue resolution, enhancement requests, product updates, and steering-committee communications. - Evaluate the user and business impact of system changes, coordinating rollout communications, training, and implementation activities. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better user experience across HR technology.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, talent management systems, or enterprise business applications. - Hands-on experience configuring and administering HRIS or talent management platforms, including Greenhouse or another enterprise ATS. - Experience supporting application integrations and writing test cases or executing user acceptance testing. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business productivity tools. - Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend practical, well-scoped technology solutions.
Nice to have
- Greenhouse configuration or administration experience. - Multi-platform HR technology experience and prior vendor management responsibilities. - Background supporting HR technology implementations or major system enhancements. - Experience presenting recommendations and project updates to leadership or steering committees. - Familiarity with user training and change management material development. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
