Senior Product Manager

Role overview A senior product leadership role focused on shaping the future of connected-vehicle telematics and IoT-based fleet intelligence. The position owns strategy and execution across multiple products and customer segments, guiding them from discovery through launch while balancing long-term platform scalability with near-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Define and own a multi-product roadmap, aligning stakeholders on sequencing, scope, and strategic trade-offs that support durable revenue expansion. - Lead deep customer discovery cycles, synthesize market signal into validated problem statements, and mentor teammates on interview craft. - Translate business objectives into prioritized epics and initiatives, partnering with technical project managers to drive execution. - Build qualitative and quantitative measurement frameworks that track product health across adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes. - Operate as a senior voice in leadership forums, communicating the "why" behind priorities and keeping cross-functional teams coordinated. - Establish feedback loops that channel insights from customers, partners, and internal teams back into continuous product refinement.

Requirements

- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder products from concept through launch and iteration. - Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data and KPI signal into clear decisions. - Hands-on experience with Agile planning, backlog structuring, and portfolio-level prioritization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the diplomacy to navigate senior cross-functional conversations. - Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset suited to a fast-moving, evolving environment. - Proven ability to collaborate closely with UX, engineering, data science, and senior leadership.
