Product Manager - Tax & Assets Compliance Europe

Role overview A global leader in IoT and connected transportation is hiring a Product Manager to lead a Tax and Assets Compliance area for the European market, owning the full product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch and continuous improvement. The role pairs market and customer research with cross-functional delivery alongside Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, Data Science, and Product Leadership, with a focus on the regulatory and compliance realities of European fleets.

Responsibilities - Conduct customer discovery interviews with prospective and existing customers and partners to surface pain points, product gaps, and opportunities for ongoing value. - Use structured research and customer feedback to identify recurring patterns, jobs to be done, and product opportunities. - Develop and continuously evolve product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on vision, strategy, and priorities. - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Data Science to deliver roadmap initiatives and go-to-market plans. - Balance short-term business objectives with long-term strategic investments and technical priorities. - Define and monitor qualitative and quantitative product outcomes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms that measure success. - Build market feedback loops through win-loss analysis, customer interviews, satisfaction research, and retention insights.

Requirements - 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or a closely related field. - Experience working in a SaaS environment, with comfort operating in agile settings and adapting to changing technology and market demands. - Strong communication, presentation, organizational, strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills, including the ability to interact credibly with stakeholders at all levels. - Self-starter mindset: resourceful, empathetic, and analytical, with a track record of translating customer needs into user stories, feature epics, and actionable requirements. - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience; candidates who do not meet every listed requirement are still encouraged to apply.
