NCIS Software Developer | Active Secret clearance

Role overview Develop and maintain full stack web applications that support investigative and operational work in a government law enforcement environment. The role spans requirements analysis, application design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support, with collaboration across product, project, database, systems, and test teams. Responsibilities - Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain new and existing software. - Work with stakeholders and product owners to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and plan how services and technologies fit together. - Build full stack applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC and Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. - Implement web interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and related libraries. - Maintain and enhance database schemas, stored procedures, and legacy applications. - Improve application performance and availability, document quality or productivity standards, and recommend useful technology updates.

Requirements - At least seven years of full stack web development experience, including C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and web services. - Active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance after hire. - Bachelor’s degree and CompTIA Security+ CE certification. - Experience with relational databases, ORM tools, object-oriented development, and web application architecture. - Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and explain technical issues to nontechnical users. - Experience delivering and maintaining business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have - Experience working with law enforcement data. - Familiarity with XML/JSON, AJAX, Telerik, and related full stack web technologies.
