Strategic Technical Project Manager

Role overview A remote, full-time position leading large-scale, multi-workstream customer implementations within a Professional Services organization supporting an AI-driven customer success platform. The role owns end-to-end engagement governance from contract signature through validated business outcomes, aligning executive stakeholders and orchestrating cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities - Take accountability for complex, multi-workstream engagements, including scope, timelines, budget, and risk - Partner with executive stakeholders to define success criteria, governance structures, and outcome validation frameworks - Translate business objectives into structured delivery plans and cross-functional execution models - Coordinate Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure aligned delivery - Lead steering committees and executive status reviews, communicating progress, risks, and outcome alignment - Mentor senior project managers and contribute reusable playbooks and governance standards to the broader practice

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus ten or more years of relevant experience - Seven or more years managing enterprise SaaS or software implementations within Professional Services or technical consulting - Track record leading multi-workstream engagements with contract values exceeding $500K - Strong project governance, financial management, and executive stakeholder alignment capabilities - Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and enterprise integrations sufficient to guide architectural discussions - Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences - Willingness to travel up to 15% for onsite engagements and events

Benefits and work setup Starting base salary of $150,000 to $160,000 USD annually, plus performance-based commission and equity participation.
