Requirements - Significant experience as a senior or staff-level engineer working on production AI and machine learning systems. - Deep expertise in backend engineering combined with applied ML, including model deployment at scale. - Strong architectural skills for designing resilient, observable, and maintainable AI infrastructure. - Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and setting technical direction across teams. - Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
