Senior Product Manager

Role overview A Senior Product Manager role focused on member activation for a large-scale nutrition and food benefits platform. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the position owns the funnel that turns eligible members into engaged ones, spanning outreach messaging, scheduling flows, and incentive design. The work is highly cross-functional and data-driven, pairing marketing, partnerships, and analytics with hands-on product problem-solving.

Responsibilities - Own the activation funnel from first outreach to first visit, including messaging, channels, and the incentive structure that drive members to show up - Lead a cross-functional pod to build the systems and capabilities that convert eligible lives into engaged members at scalable cost - Partner closely with Marketing, Data, and Partnerships to identify what moves members from eligible to booked to attended - Dive into operational details such as message delivery issues or scheduling flow breakdowns, not just high-level funnels - Run and interpret funnel dashboards and experiment readouts to inform iteration - Shape product decisions with a balance of analytics, qualitative insight, and member empathy

Requirements - Significant product management experience owning activation, growth, or funnel performance for a consumer product at scale - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including marketing, data science, and partnerships - Comfort working in funnel dashboards and experiment readouts, as well as in detailed operational issue triage - Strong written and verbal communication skills for both member-facing copy decisions and internal leadership updates - Track record of moving metrics through experimentation, segmentation, and incentive design - Mission alignment with making nutritious food more accessible and affordable
