Solution Architect

Role overview A cybersecurity vendor focused on AI security is hiring a remote Solutions Architect to serve as the key technical authority for enterprise customers. The role partners with sales on complex deals, designs integrations that fit into existing customer ecosystems, runs demonstrations and proofs of concept, and channels field feedback back into product and engineering. Open to full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements.

Responsibilities - Partner with the sales team to lead technical discovery sessions in complex enterprise environments - Design and present security solutions that integrate the platform into existing customer ecosystems such as SIEM tools, cloud accounts, and code repositories - Deliver product demonstrations and run technical evaluations, including proofs of concept and proofs of value - Act as a technical subject matter expert on the platform and broader cybersecurity topics for both customers and internal teams - Translate customer feedback and real-world security challenges into actionable insights for product and engineering

Requirements - Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Security Consultant within the cybersecurity industry - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to audiences ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs - Hands-on experience with SIEM and cloud security platforms across AWS, Azure, or GCP - A problem-solving mindset and genuine passion for tackling advanced security threats - Based in or willing to work from the European Union; outside-EU candidates may be considered

Nice to have - Relevant industry certifications such as AWS, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
