Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Design end-to-end workflows for software used by audit and assurance practitioners. You’ll own complex, sometimes unclear problems through launch, partner with product and engineering, and help modernize core workflows with thoughtful use of AI.

Responsibilities

- Lead design from problem definition through shipped solutions for complex audit workflows. - Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps and deliver scalable implementations. - Turn customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear journeys, interaction models, and polished interfaces. - Work independently in a fast-moving environment, balancing iteration speed with usability and product consistency. - Consider user needs alongside technical and regulatory constraints, and anticipate effects across workflows and personas. - Contribute to design systems and team quality through mentorship, feedback, and thoughtful critique.

Requirements

- At least six years of product design experience, preferably with complex B2B software. - Experience owning ambiguous design problems end-to-end with limited direction and working effectively at a high pace. - Systems thinking and the ability to anticipate downstream effects across product areas and user groups. - Experience designing alongside AI-assisted workflows, such as review, summarization, or guidance. - Use of AI in design practice, including research, synthesis, prototyping, or iteration. - Strong judgment on usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work, plus a record of helping other designers improve.

Nice to have

- The role focuses on audit workflows; experience in audit, accounting, compliance, or other regulated work would be relevant, though not specified as a requirement.
