About this role
Role overview
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives across pricing and lending, analytics, customer experiences, and e-commerce. Product teams own their backlogs and release work iteratively; this role helps them deliver across organizational boundaries by managing dependencies, launch coordination, vendors, and stakeholder alignment. You will connect technical delivery details with business priorities and provide clear progress and risk updates to senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across product, development, data, analytics, marketing, and business teams, tracking dependencies between workstreams. - Guide initiatives from kickoff through post-launch, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with business priorities. - Join planning, refinement, and review sessions to spot integration risks, data dependencies, and downstream effects. - Align product release cycles with business launch dates, such as pricing changes, campaigns, and customer-facing features; manage scope changes and prepare contingency plans. - Coordinate technical vendors and partners, including API integrations, software deployments, and data provider onboarding. - Lead cross-functional delivery teams, communicate status and forecasts to executives, follow governance practices, and run post-launch reviews.
Requirements
- At least six years of project or program management experience delivering complex digital initiatives across concurrent workstreams. - Technical fluency to follow architecture discussions, API integrations, data pipelines, analytics workflows, and delivery trade-offs with development teams. - Experience coordinating digital products such as e-commerce platforms, customer applications, pricing or lending products, or analytics solutions. - Strong knowledge of software and digital product lifecycles and experience partnering with Scrum or Kanban teams. - Strong stakeholder communication skills, including presenting to executives and translating technical progress into business terms. - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field, plus experience with project tools and formal PMO or enterprise governance practices.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in retail, financial services, specialty lending, or e-commerce. - PMP or PgMP, Scrum, or SAFe product certifications. - Familiarity with predictive analytics, AI-enabled project tools, or delivery intelligence platforms.
