Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end analysis and interpretation of business data to inform strategic decisions. - Mentor and coach junior analysts, supporting their technical and professional growth. - Partner with stakeholders to scope data-driven solutions tied to business objectives. - Design and maintain robust data models and architectures that support evolving needs. - Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Oversee dashboards, reports, and visualizations, ensuring clarity and accuracy. - Champion data governance, quality assurance, and security best practices. - Introduce new analysis tools, techniques, and statistical methods across the team. - Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to improve pipelines and accessibility. - Present complex findings to executive audiences in clear, actionable form. - Drive Agile analytics initiatives aligned with broader business strategy.

Requirements - Six or more years of experience in data analysis or a closely related field. - Expert-level SQL skills, including query optimization and data transformation. - Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable visualization tools. - Strong familiarity with cloud analytics platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure. - Proven application of statistical techniques to generate business insights. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior analysts. - Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Strong communication skills with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders. - Comfort managing ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
