Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python/Node.js, React)

Role overview A senior engineering role focused on building and scaling full-stack web applications that power a large vehicle lifecycle platform connecting insurers, repair facilities, parts suppliers, and data providers. The position combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, contributing to architectural decisions while mentoring other engineers on a distributed team.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security - Develop new features and enhancements using well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code - Partner with product managers and UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces - Analyze and resolve bugs and technical issues while aligning solutions with business requirements - Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations - Provide technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives - Participate in estimation, prioritization, and planning within established engineering processes

Requirements - Extensive professional experience with Python or Node.js on the backend - Proven track record with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js - Demonstrated ability to design scalable applications following clean code and architectural best practices - Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration patterns - Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred) and both SQL and NoSQL databases - Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineers - Collaborative, proactive communication style suited to distributed team environments - Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
