A mid-senior full-stack engineering role centred on designing and building scalable, high-performing large language model capabilities that slot into real business workflows. The position covers the full delivery lifecycle, from concept and design through to production.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable LLM capabilities that integrate seamlessly into business workflows - Build tools and frameworks that let teams tap into LLM capabilities on their own - Develop and maintain platform capabilities and APIs to a high quality standard - Work across the full software delivery lifecycle, from conception through release and iteration - Apply infrastructure-as-code practices to provision reliable, reproducible environments - Track emerging trends and bring forward ideas that keep solutions innovative and business-relevant
Requirements
- Mid-senior level engineering experience working across a modern web stack - Professional experience with Python as a server-side language - Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform - Solid experience with MLOps practices - Comfort collaborating as part of a team from conception to delivery - Practical experience using AI-powered coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
Nice to have
- Experience applying generative AI in a structured way within the software development lifecycle, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work - Familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development, with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches
