Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Node.js, React)

Role overview

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security - Ship new features and enhancements through well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code - Partner with product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces - Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs while resolving bugs and edge cases - Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations - Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement efforts - Participate in estimation, prioritization, and sprint planning aligned with engineering processes

Requirements

- Extensive professional experience with Python or Node.js on the backend - Proven track record with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js - Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code - Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration patterns - Hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably AWS) and SQL or NoSQL databases - Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineers - Collaborative, proactive communication style suited to distributed teams; upper-intermediate English
