Business Analyst (AXIOM)

Role overview A Business Analyst role focused on regulatory reporting for a leading financial services organization and global stock exchange operator. The position centers on configuring and enhancing AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions, with hands-on work in ControllerView to support cross-border listings, trading workflows, and global compliance. The role collaborates across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure accurate data flows and high-quality reporting.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ControllerView configurations. - Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions. - Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes. - Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and data-quality validation. - Support regulatory report generation and exception-management processes. - Participate in business-process modeling and documentation. - Work with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Senior-level AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role. - Experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions or delivering localized customizations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-analysis tools and techniques. - Hands-on experience with ControllerView and configuring rules and workflows. - Knowledge of data models, metadata management, data mapping, transformation, lineage, and data-quality controls. - Understanding of reconciliation processes and regulatory report generation plus exception management. - Solid grasp of data-management concepts including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data-quality management, and data reconciliation. - Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have - MBA or relevant certification such as CBAP. - Experience working within managed cloud environments. - Previous experience supporting capital markets platforms and regulatory initiatives. - Background in highly regulated banking environments. - Knowledge of enterprise data-governance practices. - Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
