Requirements - Typically 8 or more years in software engineering, including at least 3 years managing engineers. - Experience taking AI, machine learning, or large language model products into production. - Practical technical familiarity with TypeScript, Python, and AI-assisted engineering tools sufficient to guide design decisions. - A record of hiring and growing engineering teams. - Data-informed management approach, with strong written communication for executive audiences and experience leading across teams.

Nice to have - Experience managing a platform team whose users are other engineering teams.
