Solutions Architect

Role overview A remote Solutions Architect role focused on helping customers adopt AI-powered automation across their business processes. The position spans pre-sale discovery through post-sale implementation, acting as the primary technical contact while shaping tailored solutions and driving successful platform adoption.

Responsibilities - Educate prospects and customers on the potential of AI-driven automation to transform business processes - Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless adoption of delivered AI solutions - Design and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to specific customer business needs - Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, providing guidance and troubleshooting - Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for services engagements - Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams while relaying customer feedback to inform product improvements

Requirements - Proven experience in a professional services or consulting role within the tech industry - Background in business process automation is preferred - Track record of helping customers successfully adopt complex software solutions - Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements - Skill communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders - Strong problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking and methodical execution
