Role overview A Senior Product Manager position leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a risk intelligence capability that powers Critical Event Management (CEM) products. The role centers on helping organizations assess, monitor, and mitigate risk in real time to protect people and operations, while collaborating across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive innovation and market leadership.
Responsibilities - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Risk Intelligence offering. - Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. - Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions. - Translate customer needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable development tasks. - Ensure seamless integration of APIs and external data sources to expand product capabilities. - Partner with sales and customer success to enable effective go-to-market strategies and drive adoption. - Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. - Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Solid understanding of APIs and how they support product development and integration. - Proficiency with product management tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, plus a data-driven mindset with analytics tools. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Genuine passion for technology and emerging trends in critical event management and business continuity.
Nice to have - Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions.
Benefits and work setup - The posted base salary range for this role is $111,700 to $186,200 per year.
