Project Manager, Customer Delivery

Role overview Lead customer software implementation projects from kick-off through launch and the initial post-launch period. Coordinate customer and internal teams, manage delivery risks, and prepare customers and systems for testing and go-live.

Responsibilities - Agree project scope, timelines, and delivery expectations with customers. - Coordinate engineering, product, and customer teams throughout implementation. - Track risks and address issues that may affect delivery. - Organize customer testing and assess readiness for launch. - Support customers through go-live and the first weeks afterward.

Requirements - Two to five years of experience managing software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or customer delivery projects.
