Remote job
Senior Product Manager (Full Remote - Europe)
Job details
About this role
Role overview A Senior Product Manager role embedded directly inside a software engineering squad, responsible for steering products end to end rather than handing off specifications. The work spans opportunity investigation, user behavior analysis, AI-assisted prototyping, contributing code, launching experiments, and iterating on what reaches production. The position partners closely with the CTO and serves a product already used by tens of millions of users and growing quickly.
Responsibilities - Own work end to end: understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution with AI-assisted coding, launch it, and iterate with minimal handoffs. - Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging, evolving alongside the tools as they improve. - Identify which opportunities matter most and design the smallest meaningful experiment to test assumptions. - Define success metrics before building, analyze outcomes after launch, and decide whether to improve, expand, or stop what shipped. - Partner directly with engineers, designers, and the CTO to define and deliver priority projects, and communicate progress to stakeholders. - Surface blockers early, challenge assumptions constructively, and find alternative routes when the obvious path is blocked.
Requirements - Proven track record of personally building and shipping a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar. - Strong data fluency: ability to name the metrics being influenced, explain why they matter, and show whether the work actually moved them, including experience with A/B tests, product experiments, or user research. - Comfort working in ambiguity and creating clarity through investigation, building, and learning rather than waiting for a complete brief. - Clear communication and direct collaboration with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, with full fluency in English. - Demonstrated quality bar for what reaches users, with attention to whether the product is useful, intuitive, and engaging. - Comfort building products based on uncensored models and content.
Nice to have - Enough design fluency to prompt a usable UI independently. - Experience at a fast-scaling D2C or consumer tech company or scale-up. - Background on consumer-facing features or in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or other high-touch media industries.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote within Europe, with flexible B2B or other contract structures. - 20 working days of paid time off per year plus a yearly in-person gathering. - Monthly health insurance allowance and unlimited 1:1 sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts, extendable to up to three family members. - Co-working space budget for up to twice-monthly visits, a learning budget, and a laptop plus peripheral allowance. - Premium access to AI tools including ChatGPT, Cursor, Hugging Face, and Claude Code.
