Product Manager

Role overview A permanent Product Manager role within a Justice and Enforcement technology function, delivering IT solutions to public sector clients in the United Kingdom. The position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week on a Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm schedule, and is home-based, giving the role broad geographic flexibility within the UK.

Responsibilities - Lead product ownership for one or more offerings within the Justice and Enforcement technology portfolio. - Partner with engineering, design, and delivery teams to define roadmap items, prioritise backlog, and ship releases. - Translate customer, policy, and operational needs into clear product requirements and user stories. - Engage with justice sector stakeholders to validate scope, gather feedback, and guide continuous improvement. - Support commercial conversations around product capability, pricing, and value positioning.

Requirements - Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product ownership role, ideally in enterprise or public sector IT. - Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical scope, APIs, data, and integration considerations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a delivery-driven environment. - Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery frameworks.

Nice to have - Prior exposure to UK justice, policing, or wider Home Affairs technology programmes. - Experience working in remote or distributed product teams.
