About this role
Role overview This is a Senior Product Manager role embedded inside a high-velocity engineering squad at a large, fast-growing AI consumer platform. The position is built around end-to-end ownership: investigating opportunities, prototyping with AI tools, shipping experiments, and measuring outcomes with minimal handoff. The product sits in the AI companionship category, so comfort working with uncensored models and consumer-facing content is part of the work.
Responsibilities - Drive initiatives end to end: frame the problem, choose the approach, build the solution using AI-assisted coding, ship it, measure impact, and iterate - Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging, and continuously adapt as the tooling evolves - Prioritize among competing directions by spotting the highest-leverage opportunities and designing the smallest meaningful experiment to test each - Define success metrics before building, analyze results once an experiment is live, and decide whether to improve, expand, or sunset what shipped - Partner directly with engineers, designers, and senior technical leadership to define and deliver priority projects, communicating decisions and progress clearly - Surface blockers immediately, challenge assumptions constructively, and find another route forward when the obvious path is closed
Requirements - Hands-on experience shipping a feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable) as part of daily work - Strong data instincts: ability to name the metrics that matter, explain their importance, and judge whether your work actually moved them, supported by experience running A/B tests or product experiments - Self-directed ownership: comfortable with ambiguity, you create clarity by investigating, building, testing, and learning rather than waiting for a complete brief - Clear written and spoken communication in English, with a collaborative style suited to working directly with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders - Genuine care for the end user, with pride in the quality, usability, and engagement of what reaches them - Comfort building products based on uncensored models and content
Nice to have - Enough design fluency to prompt a usable UI independently - Experience at a fast-scaling D2C or consumer tech company or scale-up - Background shipping consumer-facing features - Experience in entertainment, avatars, gaming, or other high-touch media industries
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, open to candidates based in Europe - Contract structure: B2B preferred, with flexibility for the right long-term fit - 20 working days of paid time off per year - Annual in-person gathering to connect, brainstorm, and celebrate wins together - Monthly wellness allowance of approximately 100 USD for health insurance, plus unlimited 1:1 sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts, extendable to up to three family members - Co-working space budget for up to two visits per month - Dedicated learning budget for courses, books, conferences, events, or certifications - Company laptop provided, plus monitor budget up to 250 USD and a peripherals budget up to 150 USD - Premium access to leading AI tools, with the freedom to request additional software needed to excel - Compensation set by role level, scope, location, and market data, applied consistently across candidates
