About this role

Role overview A new e-commerce advertising platform is being built from the ground up, and this role owns the product end-to-end through its journey from early-stage concept to general availability. The position is a senior, largely individual-contributor Product Manager role with significant autonomy over strategy, prioritization, and the business case, working in close partnership with engineering, an applied ML organization, and go-to-market teams. The product today drives app users to purchase directly on merchants' e-commerce sites, and the PM will shape the roadmap, the identity and attribution architecture, and the experimentation discipline that carries it to market.

Responsibilities - Define product strategy, quarterly objectives, and success metrics, and report progress against milestones to executive leadership and finance stakeholders - Own the unit economics that determine launch readiness—including traffic quality, funnel efficiency, and conversion signals—and decide when the data supports scaling, pivoting, or stopping - Maintain disciplined scope: cut aggressively so the team ships what matters most and avoids feature sprawl - Partner with sales, GTM, and account teams to define ideal customer profiles, select design partners, onboard customers, and turn customer feedback into roadmap decisions - Collaborate with engineering leads to design the experiment roadmap, interpret A/B results, and make ship/no-ship calls under uncertainty; diagnose full-funnel performance from impression through add-to-cart and purchase - Lead end-to-end e-commerce platform integration work: pixels, server-side event delivery, order attribution, catalog ingestion, and merchant-facing installation flows - Own product policy for consent handling, regional privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and customer data protection in partnership with Legal; defend attribution methodology and incrementality story with sophisticated performance marketers and agencies

Requirements - 8+ years of product management experience, with substantial time in performance advertising at a DSP, retargeting platform, measurement/MMP, or ad-network e-commerce product - Hands-on depth in web and mobile identity and attribution: probabilistic matching using IP and device signals, pixels, server-to-server postbacks, and working knowledge of browser privacy changes (ITP, fingerprinting protection) and ATT - A track record of carrying a product from beta through general availability, including at least one situation where you recommended killing or materially pivoting based on data - Comfort operating in a 0-to-1 incubation environment with small funded pilots, hands-on customer management, and shipping against explicit go/no-go criteria - Demonstrated ML experimentation

experience: ability to read confidence intervals, challenge experiment design, and make ship/no-ship calls under uncertainty - Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, ML, GTM, sales engineering, creative, and finance without direct authority over any of these teams

Nice to have - Familiarity with the Shopify and broader e-commerce ecosystem, including app approval flows, Customer Privacy API, webhooks, catalog and product feeds, or merchant-facing tooling - Experience with CAPI-style server-side integrations such as Meta CAPI or Google Enhanced Conversions

Benefits and work setup - Remote-first organization with US hubs; quarterly in-person team gatherings for project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events - Compensation includes equity and health, vision, and dental benefits aligned with the employee's country of residence, with location-tiered base salary ranges (for example, $230,000–$280,000 in SF Bay Area, Los Angeles/Orange County, Seattle, and NYC; $211,000–$257,000 in select mid-tier US markets; and $198,000–$240,000 in other approved US cities) - Equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace
